My First Fishing Experience--June 2008

Our church has an outdoors ministry. For one event they combined with the children's ministry and made a family fishing day. We were able to go fishing at Prairie Lake and they provided fishing poles, bait, and you didn't need a fishing license to participate! It was a very nice FREE event! They also grilled hotdogs and had goldfish and teddy grahams and other kid friendly foods! :-)

At the end of the fishing time, they had a prize giveaway for all of the kids there. Ethan and I both won fishing poles! I was so excited! I couldn't wait to go fishing with Grandpa Jim and Grandma Sonya!

It is much easier to keep up with Ethan than it is me!

I also enjoyed the bridge that Ethan liked...my favorite is the tornado slide though.

Whenever we take "formal" pictures like this,
it seems that I am always doing something silly with my hands!

Ethan and I are pretty handsome, it's true!

Ethan follows everything I do, which isn't always a good thing!

Whenever Mommy takes my picture, I get excited and I always raise my arms!

Handsome Little Man.

In one of my books it talks about the Mommy and the little boy
take pictures together. I wanted to take pictures with Mommy. We had so much fun!

This one is a little blurry, but Mommy likes it.

Mommy thinks I look a tad bit mischievous in this picture!

I really enjoyed this baby bathtub that Mommy got out to put in the shed.
Too bad I didn't like it so much when I actually took baths in this!

I used it as a lounge chair to watch tv in.

I'm holding my sunflower that I grew from a seed.

Maybe if I squeeze the cup it will grow faster!

Dry Mornings!

I woke up dry this morning and I even drank a lot at supper last night and I slept for quite a while...at least 10 hours! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of me! I had a dry diaper the other morning too, but Mommy can't remember which day it was!
